1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing realcasino.onl — whether through a web browser or the real casino mobile app — and by creating a player account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. • Bets are only confirmed once the platform displays an on-screen acceptance confirmation. A bet not confirmed in this way is not a valid bet.

For PSL and international cricket markets specifically, real casino follows the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board. In the case of a Super Over or other tie-breaking mechanism, the market settlement rules for that specific market will determine the outcome.

8 Casino & Game Rules

Real casino's live casino, fish games and bingo sections each operate under their own game-specific rules in addition to these general terms. The following rules apply across all casino and game categories:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or by live dealer procedures. Real casino does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection before a result is settled — the round will either be completed on the server and the result applied, or the round will be voided and the stake returned, depending on the point at which the disruption occurred.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Duplicate account detection.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, real casino may forfeit some or all of the balance remaining in the account depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is not related to a breach — for example, at the player's own request — the remaining PKR balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting the real casino support team. 12 Limitation of Liability
